Ingredients
Potato Salad
  • 500g PotatoesNo need to peel the skin
  • 2 EggsPlace eggs on top of the potatoes, above boiling water, so they steam (or else overcooked)
  • 1Small spoon SaltFully load that spoon until the top is round-ish
  • 4Big Spoon Mayonnaise
  • 2Big Spoon Salad Cream
  • 1/2 OnionsFinely diced
  • 1Small spoon Fresh parsleyOptional: for the Parsley lover
  • 1 French VinaigretteOptional but give a better – tanguy – taste to your Salad
French Vinaigrette
  • 1Big Spoon Sunflower Oil
  • 3Big Spoon Water
  • 1/2Small spoon SaltHalf of this spoon
  • 1/2Small spoon Ground Black PepperHalf is Half (Don’t get creative! Respect the French)
  • 2Big Spoon White Wine VinegarAny other vinegar will add an after taste!
  • 1/2Small spoon Dijon MustardOptional: but for a little kick
  • 1/2Small spoon Brown sugarJust to make love to the rest of the ingredients (very optional too)
  • 1clove garlicOptional: best practice is to use a Garlic crusher (using a knife if for cooking, not dressing)
