Ingredients
Potato Salad
  • 500 g Potatoes No need to peel the skin
  • 2 Eggs Place eggs on top of the potatoes, above boiling water, so they steam (or else overcooked)
  • 1 Small spoon Salt Fully load that spoon until the top is round-ish
  • 4 Big Spoon Mayonnaise
  • 2 Big Spoon Salad Cream
  • 1/2 Onions Finely diced
  • 1 Small spoon Fresh parsley Optional: for the Parsley lover
  • 1 French Vinaigrette Optional but give a better - tanguy - taste to your Salad
French Vinaigrette
  • 1 Big Spoon Sunflower Oil
  • 3 Big Spoon Water
  • 1/2 Small spoon Salt Half of this spoon
  • 1/2 Small spoon Ground Black Pepper Half is Half (Don't get creative! Respect the French)
  • 2 Big Spoon White Wine Vinegar Any other vinegar will add an after taste!
  • 1/2 Small spoon Dijon Mustard Optional: but for a little kick
  • 1/2 Small spoon Brown sugar Just to make love to the rest of the ingredients (very optional too)
  • 1 clove garlic Optional: best practice is to use a Garlic crusher (using a knife if for cooking, not dressing)
